Educational Standard Exploration Committee

Mission Statement:

To evaluate AFTE's overall educational standards for membership and individual certification. To make recommendations and, if necessary, propose a by-laws change for the membership's approval and/or discussion.

As much of the focus surrounding many of the disciplines in forensic science is changing, it is time to reevaluate the required standards for both education and certification to see if, consequently, change in these areas is warranted.
