Please review the
Bylaws
and the
Code of Ethics. If you feel that you qualify for membership in AFTE, complete and return the application form
posted below.

All questions
must be answered. Use additional pages as necessary.

A copy of your C.V. (or resume) must accompany your completed application form.

Be sure to attach a
photograph of the appropriate size to the back of your application.

The application fee is $135.00 for
Provisional Membership ($35 of this amount is a
non-refundable application fee. Upon acceptance the
remaining $100 will be applied toward the first years
membership dues. If for any reason you are not granted
Membership, the remaining $100 will be refunded.)
If you need assistance with letters of recommendation,
you can contact the
Chair of the AFTE Advisory Committee for assistance.

address below. Your completed application must include the following:

with photograph

Curriculum Vitae or
Resume

Three (3) letters of
recommendation and/or Applicant Assessment Forms

A check for $135 made
payable to AFTE
Upon receipt by me, the application is recorded and reviewed. If all elements of the application have not been properly completed, it will be returned to you. Otherwise, it will be forwarded to the Board of Admissions for review. We thank you for your interest in the Association.
