  AFTE 2008 Training Seminar Registration By Mail

You actually have two registration options when paying by Check or Money Order. 

  1. You can simply download the registration form by clicking the link below, fill out the form, and mail in the form and your payment.

2008 Registration Form (WORD Doc)

  1. You can also fill out the registration form below to pre-register for the training seminar.  Pre-registration will submit your registration information to the AFTE Host Committee and your name will be added to the workshop/armorers course class lists faster than when the registration is mailed.  You will still need to mail in your check after submitting your pre-registration form!

“Please note that workshop registrations will not be confirmed until your payment has been received. Also, registrations that are mailed/postmarked after March 31st are subject to the late registration fees, regardless of when you completed the online form. Please be sure to mail your payment ASAP. If you register for any workshops that become filled before your payment is received, your name will be placed on a waiting list. Alternatively, you may use the funds to register for another workshop that is still available, or your fees will be refunded when you arrive at the meeting in Honolulu.”

Below is the Online Registration Form for the AFTE 2008 Training Seminar.  Complete this form and press the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page to forward your registration form to the host committee. 

When you press the "Submit" button you will be presented with a form showing the information you have submitted.  Make sure you double-check the information on this form BEFORE you press the button!  If you make a mistake, don't worry.  You can make corrections by hitting the "BACK" button on your browser, make the change and "Submit" the form again.  If you have to resubmit your registration, be sure to add a comment to the bottom of the form.

NOTE:  Your registration will not be valid until payment is received.  If you submit a registration form and don't follow up with payment you won't be registered for the seminar.
