Ground Transportation

From the McCarran International Airport (LAS) is approximately 9.5 miles from the hotel. Green Valley Ranch offers complimentary shuttle transportation to and from the airport (on a set schedule, available on the hotel website). Taxi cab fare is approximately $20 one way.

Room Rate

$130.00 per night for single/double occupancy. A charge of $35.00 each night will be added for each guest room over double occupancy. Rooms are subject to a prevailing room tax, which is currently 10%, and subject to change. Check in time is 3:00 pm and checkout at noon. Hotel cancellations without penalty will be accepted 48 hours prior to arrival.

**Attention** Please be aware that the normal practice for Green Valley Ranch Resort is to charge one night's room/suite rate plus tax as a guarantee at the time the reservation is made.  Refunds will be issued if cancellation is made up to 48 hours prior to arrival date.

Resort Fee

Included in the group rate. The resort fee entails free high speed internet access, nightly turndown service, daily newspaper, admission to the exercise facility and shuttle transportation to and from the Las Vegas Strip and McCarran International Airport on a set schedule, in-room safe, coffee maker and other numerous additional amenities listed on the hotel web site.

Group Rate

Offered 3 days prior to and 3 days after the seminar. Reservations must be received no later than April 1, 2010 to qualify for the group rate. Please identify yourself as part of AFTE to receive the group rate (code: GCIAFTM).

Guest Services

Include concierge, ATM, 24 hr. room service, gift shop, swimming pool, fitness center, movie theaters, casual and fine dining.

Near-by Amenities

Shopping, additional restaurants, grocery stores and four major banks.
 

Guest Parking

Self parking and Valet (gratuities appreciated) are free.

Attractions and Activities

Hoover Dam, Valley of Fire, Red Rock, Liberace Museum, Thunderbird Museum @ Nellis AFB, Atomic Testing Museum and all the entertainment options available on the Las Vegas Strip.
