Ken Raynor-
The AFTE family has suffered a huge loss this
week. On December 28, 2003 AFTE technical advisor
Ken Raynor passed away after a brief illness.
Ken will always be remembered by AFTE members manning the
Brownell's booth at the annual training seminars.
Ken's friendly face will definitely be missed by all and our
condolences go out to his family. Thank you Ken for
your many years of assistance to the organization.

violated the Code of Ethics. As authorized by the AFTE
Enforcement of the Code of Ethics under Section II.
Sanctions Imposed for Ethical Violations, the Board has
